The Best Cocktail Bars in Ibiza

Ibiza is known for its distinctive laid-back island style and what better to way to relax than with a cocktail in your hand!

Idyllic Ibiza is home to many naturally growing herbs and with the abundance of fresh and organic local produce available, the cocktails and concept drinks available are second to none. Combined with the absolutely gorgeous locations on the island, we have the perfect mix!

Whether it be on a beach, in a beautiful restaurant or hidden in the lush countryside, Ibiza really does have a world class selection of options from some of the best mixologists. Here are some of our top picks on the White Isle.

Kumaharas

It’s hard to find a more exotic and easygoing destination for a cocktail here in Ibiza as Kumaharas. Set on the west coast with unrivaled views of the famous Ibiza sunset, it is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down while enjoying a special drink. Made with top quality ingredients and fresh products, they have an option to accompany every memorable moment; plus an Asian inspired bohemian market to browse while you’re there!

Peyotito

Based inside the elegant Nobu Hotel, Talamanca, is the simply stunning Mexican restaurant of Peyotito. You are in for a treat with the perfectly designed, extensive cocktail list. Enjoy signature classics like the Endless Summer Mojito and the Peyotito Margarita, YUM! This new addition to Nobu offers beautiful vistas out to the Mediterranean and Ibiza Town plus the true personal service; you will be taken to cocktail heaven!

Bambuddha Grove Ibiza

Surrounded by a tropical garden of bamboo and gorgeous green shrubs you can find the sultry cocktail bar of Bambuddha Grove. They don’t use any artificial sweeteners or refined sugars in any of their creations, and they offer a bespoke menu of 14 delicious cocktails with two non-alcoholic options. The stunning setting of the restaurant is designed with influences from the Karma Sutra Temples of India, and the menu echos this theme with plenty of alluring twists on the classics!

S’Escalinata

At first glance this is just a few bean bags scattered across some stone steps on the outskirts of the 18thcentury castle in Ibiza town, but we discovered it has a lot more to offer. With a range of classic cocktails and tasty fresh fruit Mojitos, they also have a selection of special inhouse drinks. The Sake Mule features ginger beer, elderflower syrup and Sake sourced straight from Japan, and the Ron Cooler has a special blend of angostura bitters handmade in the bar. There are plenty more to choose from, and the bar is open until 3am so you have plenty of time to sample a few.
