On August 8 in the afternoon a great popular berenada is celebrated: paella dishes are invited and the Ibizan spirit is vindicated. It is famous for its fireworks castle that illuminates the entire bay and serves as the culmination of the central day. Gastronomic festivals are also held on this day, such as the S’Ou, centered on eggs as the main ingredient.
