The house is located full epicenter of the town of Sant Agustí des Vedrà. In front of Can Berri Vell is the typically Ibizan architecture church.

From the first “Can Berri salad” and the “sweet and sour ribs”, through “our version of the zarangollo”, all dishes are fantastic creations. Always using local products and top quality. A cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean and where the product acquires its maximum prominence.

The chef Bruno Hernandez combines his experience and mastery of raw materials. Elaborating elegant creations where the original flavors of the product are respected to the maximum. His passion for cooking takes us on a journey where aromas, textures and mixtures are the real protagonists.

3. Es Tragón Sant Antoni.

The restaurant has has received lsat November a Michelin star, the first to get an establishment in Ibiza. As they themselves report on their website, Es Tragón is committed to haute cuisine “of rogue tradition”, where creativity and respect for the raw material of the young chef Álvaro Sanz Clavijo (Madrid 1983) prevail. The place is located on the road to Cala Gracioneta and Cap Negret.

They are closed until 1stof April. Álvaro Sanz Clavijo is fortunate to know the kitchen at fifteen by the hand of his great teacher Salvador Gallego (* Michelín). After his first steps in the cooking school he launches to travel the world from restaurant to restaurant.

Es Tragón is in a country house in a pine forest that overlooks the Mediterranean, creating an oasis of tranquility where nature sets the pace, so that nothing can cloud and splash the pleasure offered by a good table.

With a Mexican style, the magic is completely indescribable, better to go and try!

4.Finca La Plaza Ibiza

This restaurant in Santa Gertrudis is one of the best places in the island to celebrate contemporary cuisine and traditional values from the Mediterranean: simple, seasonal food, enjoyed slowly, in great company.

Discover a secret garden at the heart of Ibiza, hidden beneath a canopy of trees and stars, where the wine flows easily and the company is always good. The centrepiece: authentic Mediterranean cuisine, created with imagination, care and consideration, and enjoyed slowly, in a unique natural environment.

If you happen upon a long, rambling path deep in the Ibizan countryside, follow it. Rows of trees: pine, fig, citrus, carob and olive, await. A heady scent fills the air: lavender, rosemary and thyme, sweetened with a touch of wild fennel and mint. This island is an Eden, and the best of her bounty can be discovered in the garden at Finca.

La finca are proud to carry on in the local tradition of cooking only with the best quality ingredients. They select natural and organic produce, biodynamic and regionally-sourced where possible.

With a 4,7 in Google ratings, Sa Finca is on the top of one of the hills in Siesta, a residential area very close to Santa Eulalia, a village that still retains its charm. From our terraces enjoy the view over the Santa Eulalia bay and the Ibizan countryside.

The chef is Eric Tortolani, he is absolutely fascinated by gastronomy since childhood. From his 1st memories, he would highlight the afternoons in the kitchen learning to prepare the typical dishes of Belgium. In 1986 he graduated from the Hotel School of Liège. Call it fate, but his first job a as a kitchen assistant was here at Sa Finca. Nine years later, the previous owner offered him the restaurant, and his dream came true. So they all moved to Ibiza and started this amazing adventure.

Sa Finca is the only restaurant on the island to have exotic meats on the menu, try the intense flavour of buffalo, top quality red meat slightly stronger than beef, Crocodile meat with a much milder and difficult to describe flavour, could be the missing link between fish and chicken, or the light taste of kangaroo, Do you dare to try theses new gastronomic experiences?.
