It is located in the village of San Francesc de ses Estanny, 5 kms from the airport (10 minutes from the house), 4 kms and 3 kms respectively from the most enjoyable beaches of the island, Playa de Salinas and Playa de Escaballet.The entrance to the property is private with access via a 500 m path to the main house. Surrounded by pine trees and birds you can also see the flamingos that live in the salt flats with the sea in the background, being able to see the Iberian peninsula and Denia on clear days.The house consists of the following modules as a whole:1- First module: Main house with 2 floors. The first floor consists of a porch with barbecue, adjacent to the main living room, with fireplace, large L-shaped sofa, which has 2 white or blue covers, 2 armchairs which covers are in white or maroon change, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room for 8 people, and a hallway which integrates 2 double rooms one with terrace and 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub. Also parallel to the interior dining room is the music studio with entrance from the garden and exit to the orchard of the house. There is also an office, dressing room which leads to the master bedroom. The second floor consists of the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and chill out terrace with access to the garden and pool, with outside entrance directly from the garden via a staircase.
